With heavy hearts Languages International has bid farewell to two of the school’s finest Accommodation and Student Welfare Managers. After over 10 years with LI, Fay Manna flew off to Germany with her family where her husband has gained employment in an international school. The Manna clan first had a well-deserved break at a friend’s house in Granada, Spain where they soaked up the sun before beginning their new life in Nuremberg.
After working her way from reception to becoming a stalwart of the Accommodation department, and LI in general, Ebba Petersen has now become a local Ticoan’. Her partner acquired a job teaching English in Costa Rica which is where they will now live for at least the next two years. The new place of employment has been extremely welcoming to Ebba where she too may have the opportunity to teach. Both Ebba and Fay will be sorely missed but we appreciate everything they have contributed to the school over the years and wish them luck with their new ventures!
