Pay through your agent
If you have booked your course through one of our accredited retailers, you can pay your fees directly to your agent, who will then send the fees to Languages International.

By telegraphic transfer
Take your Offer of Place letter and your Pro Forma Invoice to a bank in your home country to arrange a telegraphic transfer.
- Languages International’s bank account details are on your Pro Forma Invoice, or you can download and print a copy here (PDF).
- Make sure that you pay all bank charges and that you send us a remittance advice by e-mail as evidence of payment.
- Remember to include the student’s name and the student reference number shown on your Offer of Place letter on all payments.
- It takes up to 5 working days for a telegraphic transfer to be received by Languages International.
By credit card
If you want to pay by credit card:
- Download the credit card authorisation form (PDF).
- Print and fill in the form with your credit card details and the amount that you want to pay.
- Scan and email the form back to Languages International at info@languages.ac.nz.
- Please note that we will add 2% of the invoice total to the amount to pay, to cover bank charges.
By transfer from a New Zealand bank
If you already have a New Zealand bank account, you can make a transfer directly to Languages International’s bank account.
- Languages International’s bank account details are on your Pro Forma Invoice, or you can download and print a copy here (PDF).
- Remember to include the student’s name and the student reference number shown on your Offer of Place letter on all payments.
In person
If you are already in Auckland, you can come to Languages International’s Reception at 27 Princes St and pay by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. For credit card payments only, we will add 2% of the invoice total to the amount to pay, to cover bank charges.
