Conditions
- Minimum stay is 4 weeks
- Charges for water, power, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the weekly rent
- The arrival package is charged for every stay and contains the following items: duvet inner & cover, over-blanket, pillow & pillowcase; bath towel & face cloth, clothes hangers; dinner plate, bowl, cup, drinking glass, knife, fork & spoon, non-stick frying pan, stainless-steel saucepan, cooking spoon and slotted turner. These items are to be returned at check-out.
- No bond is taken but credit card details are recorded at check-in and any damage or incidental costs are to be paid by the guest before check-out
- Cancellations:
* If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled less than 15 days before check-in, 2 weeks’ rent is not refundable
* If a booking is cancelled after check-in, the first 4 weeks’ rent is not refundable
* After the first 2 weeks of a stay, 2 weeks’ notice of shortening/cancellation must be given
